Do I have to switch tools?

No. Everything is built around what you already use — Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Twilio or OpenPhone. If you have nothing yet, I'll set up the minimum.

Who owns the system?

You do. It lives in your accounts. If we stop working together, nothing stops working.

Will the texts actually get delivered in the US?

Only with A2P 10DLC carrier registration, which I handle under your business as part of every project. Skipping it is the #1 reason "the automation doesn't work".

Do we need calls?

Not unless you want them. Scoping, proposals and handover happen as short videos and written updates. Calls are available by appointment, US mornings / UK afternoons.

What does "AI" actually do here?

Asks the qualifying questions, flags emergencies, writes the reply inside strict rules, and classifies incoming messages. Where prompts aren't accurate enough, I train a small custom model on your real messages.
